We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received.

  • All original seals and tags must remain intact and cannot be removed.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns on jewelry, sunglasses, or other accessories.

Important Information for International Returns (Outside the EU)

  • Returns from outside the EU must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on the customs declaration to avoid import duties.

  • If customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are applied to your return when it arrives back to us, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend keeping a copy of the original customs paperwork to include with your return for smooth processing.

Return Process
To begin the return process, please send an email to info@randrvintage.com with the subject line "Return Request." Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as these are costs incurred to send your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
